Hygiene has always been a great priority for Varimixer who in 2014 launched the worlds first washable mixer – the KODIAK.
The KODIAK mixers can be washed with water in accordance with the IP44 standards ensuring a clean and safe environment.
TEDDY - Smooth as silk
Even our smallest mixer is designed with great attention to hygienic solutions, even in the smallest details, to meet the demands of professional users. All surfaces are smooth and easy to keep clean and free from bacteria. You will find no visible screws or open gaps in your TEDDY. All the mixing tools are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe.
AR Serie – A pioneer in food safety
Flat and square surfaces are easy to clean and is a deliberate hygienic design feature of the AR-series. Even the automatic bowl arms which grab and hold the bowl in place have no need for handles or fixtures which would otherwise be hard to keep clean.
Now the AR series even have completely removable safety guards which are dishwasher safe.
ERGO – Taking hygiene to the extreme
The IP54 ERGO series will allow you to hose down the mixer from all angles. Even the planetary head is completely waterproof. Using a hose is the safest way to remove all dirt, soap, and leftover ingredients. It will save a lot of time in the cleaning process and make sure that no spots have been missed.
