RMA - On behalf of your customer?
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) – is the process for returning a product to receive a refund or replacement due to either misdelivery or product defects within warranty.
WEBSHOP - BUY
As a technician reg. user, you can easily access our B2B shop. Here, you have access to the full range assortment of Varimixer accessories / spare parts and place orders for delivery. A login is required to display prices and make a purchase.
If You want to make a purchase as a non-registered technician customer?
STEP 1
Click “Add to Quote” on the products You want to choose (Instead of clicking as the normal procedure “Add to Basket”)
STEP 2
The products will be added like it’s a webshop basket. When You are done collecting the Varimixer products, then You can click “Quote” on the upper left corner on the website.
STEP 3
A list is displayed of the product(s) You have chosen. Fill out the form and submit. The request a quote form will then be forwarded to Your relevant regional distributor and they will contact You with prices based on Your region.
