Designed to fit into the attachment drive of the Varimixer AR30 (30 litre), AR40 (40 litre), AR60 (60 litre), AR80(80 litre), KODIAK20 (20 litre), KODIAK 30(30 litre) mixers
Very simple in its construction and consists of few parts, which makes it very easy to clean
Shredding discs are available with: 1.5 – 2 – 3 – 5 and 9 mm holes
Special disc for shredding of parmesan cheese
Slicing discs are available with: 1 – 2 – 3 and 5 mm gab.
A disc with adjustable gab also available.
Julienne discs are available with: 2×2 – 4×4 – 6×6 and 8×8 mm holes GR10 is only for 10 L mixers.
GR20 is used for mixers from 20 L to 80 L.
This vegetable cutter is very reliable in operation for slicing, cutting and shredding of all types of vegetables as well as bread, fruit and nuts.
Also well suited for production of french fries.
