Product features:

The biggest meat mincer for a Varimixer is 82 mm. In order to achieve the highest performance of the mincing process, the walls of the housing are twisted.
The meat mincer is delivered with a knife with double cutting edge, precutter and a disc with 3 mm holes, a big meat tray and a plastic plunger.
The capacity is nearly 200 kg/hour.
The sausage tube and receiving tray are optional extra.
Discs available:
Standard discs: 2 mm – 3 mm – 5 mm – 8 mm – 13 mm holes
Aluminium discs: 3 mm – 5 mm – 8 mm – 13 mm holes
The meat mincer can be mounted in the attachment drive of all mixers from 20 L to 80 L. (AR and KODIAK)
Please note that the mixer must be equipped with attachment drive in order to use the meat mincer. Attachment drive is an option to be specified when ordering your BEAR Varimixer.
